By accessing eSIMoxy, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
eSIMoxy sells electronic SIM (eSIM) data plans that provide mobile data connectivity in supported destinations. Plans are delivered digitally as a QR code and activation profile immediately after a successful purchase.
Coverage, speeds and network partners depend on the destination and the availability of local carriers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every location.
3. Device Eligibility
eSIM plans require a carrier-unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is compatible before purchase. Refunds are not provided for plans purchased for incompatible or locked devices once the QR code has been revealed or installed.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.
Your plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination, unless the plan description states otherwise.
5. Activation & Usage
You are responsible for installing your eSIM correctly and for enabling data roaming for the eSIM line. Data allowances are consumed as you use the service and cannot be transferred between plans or users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMoxy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of connectivity, data, or business.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
